The current aesthetic for the fixtures have been gold and black. Having more light can make the bathroom look more elegant. It will make it more open and inviting. Not only does it help look wise for the space, it can help when cleaning, applying makeup, and doing general tasks. Also taking away the shadows under your eyes and chin. 

Wet Rooms

Wet rooms have become another aspiring trend. A wet room is a space where all materials can get wet. A popular version of this has been having a freestanding tub and the shower all in one. Having the space enclosed by glass away from the sink and toilet. Also, having the tub in that space helps with spillage and splashes. A reason why they are so desired is because all the practical amenities are in one small space. This also creates a more luxurious feel in a bathroom.

Since the pandemic people have spent all their time at home. Making a bathroom feel more spa-like has been extremely popular. You want to feel like your bathroom is a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Some examples of a spa-like space would be low maintenance quartz solid or granite countertops, tiled shower pans, minimal framing, thicker glass, adding plants, etc. Using more natural hues bringing in that organic style that was talked about last month. A white bathroom with natural woods and tones, like in the picture above, can enhance your bathroom tremendously. Everyone wants a bathroom that makes you feel comfortable to unwind in after a long day.
